I grew up with chickens. Not this chicken. This chicken is from The Chicken Rental Place. An all–inclusive egg–laying chicken rental service. Their slogan is “how many of your other pets make you breakfast?” That sales pitch is probably why my parents went with chickens instead of a puppy. It was also a great way to feed seven kids.
